2.5 million reasons for change

We are told that times are hard and because of that there must be cuts to the education budget. Our streets will not be cleaned as they should, our children’s play areas are falling apart.

Yet at the same time this out of touch, BCBC administration decides the time is right to spend £2,449,864.12 on their offices in Angel Street.

Think of the number of school books that would have bought or the potholes and pavements that could have repaired. Think of playgrounds that could have been refurbished or public toilets that could have been provided.

Then think about the choice they made. To cut spending on the things that matter to us so that they could spend it on themselves.

Their sense of entitlement knows no limit. They are so confident of retaining power that they flaunt the fact they are spending nearly TWO AND A HALF MILLION POUNDS on themselves in the middle of the election campaign.

They are shameless, they are brazen and they are out of touch.

They made their choices now it’s time for yours.

Vote for Change on Thursday 4th May. We will ensure YOUR money is spent wisely, on matters that affect you. We will not put our own needs before you, the public, who rely on us for essential services.
We will put you first.

Absolutely disgraceful waisting tax payers money on that and raising council tax yet again with a poor service

And yet this wasnt decided in the middle of the electoral campaign as they claim it has been underway for a year now. So yet again someone using missguidance of information to try and further their own agenda. Why dont they just start telling the truth and getting votes the correct way not the Tory/Ukip way.
